Defective or Incorrect Orders
Our Promise: If the mistake is ours (you received a leaking bottle, broken glass, or wrong variant), Alovita takes full responsibility. We will replace it for free or issue a full refund.

Record Unboxing
Before opening your package, start recording video. Show the label and the condition of the bottle clearly.

Send your Order ID and the video to our support team immediately if you find any issues.

Customer Mistake Policy
If you accidentally ordered the wrong variant, we can exchange it. However, a ₹150 fee applies to cover reverse shipping and handling costs. We do not offer cash refunds for customer errors.
Non-Returnable Scenarios
- Requests made after 3 days of delivery.
- Perfume bottles that have been sprayed/used significantly (we measure volume).
- Products returned without original packaging/box.
- Returns based solely on "I don't like the smell" (Scent preference is subjective).
Refund Methods
Once approved, your refund will be processed as follows:
- Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original source (Bank/Card/UPI) within 5-7 days.
- COD Orders: Refunded via Bank Transfer or UPI link provided by you.
