Fragrance & Quality
Our Alovita perfumes are Eau de Parfum (EDP) concentration. They are designed to be long-lasting, typically staying on the skin for 8 to 10 hours and on fabrics for even longer.
Perfume unfolds in layers. Top Notes are the initial scent you smell (lasts 15 mins). Heart Notes are the core of the fragrance. Base Notes are the deep scents that linger the longest.
To keep the scent fresh, store your Alovita bottle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. A cupboard or dresser drawer is ideal.
Shipping & Delivery
We dispatch orders within 24 hours. Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days for metro cities and 5-7 days for other locations across India.
We use premium protective packaging. However, if damage occurs during transit, please email/WhatsApp us a photo within 48 hours. We will ship a free replacement immediately.
Yes, COD is available for most PIN codes. You can select "Cash on Delivery" at the checkout page.
Returns & Gifting
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles. If the bottle is sealed and unused, you can return it within 7 days. We recommend trying our 'Discovery Set' samples first.
